My hp laptop was making a weird buzzing sound, so I dropped by to have it checked.
They were pleasant, prompt and kept me updated all the way. When the noise persisted after the initial fix, I gave them a call and they requested I return. They gladly took a second look and fixed it at no extra cost.

Had a laptop emergency, and was so impressed by how quick they were at not only getting the necessary part, but also repairing it! Great service at a fair price - will definitely use again (though hopefully I won't have to!) for any more future emergencies!
Excellent service provided. Previously sought their IT support relating to issues with a gaming PC, and the staff identified the problem, then resolved it in a timely manner. Yesterday, I needed to have a laptop screen repaired, and it was fixed quickly. PC and Mobile Solutions consistently deliver a great service. Good value. Payment transaction was smooth. Car parks all around the area, which is convenient.

Excellent bunch of techies who know their stuff in and out. Recently brought in an Iphone 11 max for lens glass replacement and Dell laptop for hinge+screen repair. Everything was fixed promptly and fairly priced, I’d highly recommend. Conveniently located on the high street as well.

I contacted PC and Mobile Solutions over Google chat to enquire about a laptop repair. I took my laptop in to the shop that morning and it was repaired within 2 hours. My laptop is now working better than it has in a long time. Polite customer service, reasonable rates and a very happy customer.

Really happy with the service I received here. Went in to get my laptop screen fixed and I thought the internal battery needed replacing but they were so honest and told me the issue was with the charging port and not the battery. Such polite staff and so helpful and honest. I had the peace of mind leaving my laptop with them and 2 weeks later my laptop is still working brilliant.
